Please use the OrChor 2014 Submission System to submit your papers to SERVICES 2014.
Authors are invited to submit full papers (about 8 pages) or short papers (about 4 pages) as per IEEE 8.5 x 11 manuscript guidelines (download Word templates or LaTeX templates). The submitted papers can only be in the format of PDF or WORD. Please follow the IEEE Computer Society Press Proceedings Author Guidelines to prepare your papers, respectively. At least one author of each accepted paper is required to attend the workshop and present the paper. All papers must be submitted via the confhub submission system for the OrChor 2014 workshop.
First time users need to register with the system first (see these instructions for details). All the accepted papers by the workshops will be included in the Proceedings of the IEEE 10th World Congress on Services (SERVICES 2014) which will be published by IEEE Computer Society.
OrChor 2014 welcomes research papers, experience papers and tool presentations; nevertheless, papers describing novel research contributions and innovative applications are of particular interest. Contributions can be:
Regular papers (about 8 pages): in this category fall those contributions which propose novel research contributions and ideas, or offer practical contributions in the interplay of Choreography and Orchestration.
Short papers (about 4 pages): this category includes tool demonstrations, position papers, industrial experiences and case-studies, well-pondered and sufficiently documented visionary papers. Authors of papers reporting industrial experiences are encouraged to make their experimental results available for use by reviewers. Similarly, case-study papers should describe case-studies or use-cases. Tool demonstration papers should explain enhancements made in comparison to previously published work. Authors of tool demonstration papers are encouraged to make their tool available for use by reviewers.
Each submitted paper will undergo a formal peer review process by at least three program committee members.
Possible journal publication for selected papers
After the workshop, authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their work to be considered for publication in the Springer Journal of Internet Services and Applications (JISA – Editors-in-Chief: F. Kon and G. Blair) – Thematic Series on Service Composition for the Future Internet.
